Full-stack cybersecurity startup BluSapphire raises $9.2M funding in a Series A round
Hyderabad-based full-stack cyber startup BluSapphire has raised $9.2 million in a Series A funding round led by Barings Private Equity India, with participation from Dallas Venture Capital, RPG Ventures, and Merisis Venture Partners, Binny Bansal backed by xto10x.
The startup plans to use the capital raised to build and expand its SaaS platform in North America and India.
Founded in 2014 by Kiran Vangaveti, a 25-year veteran cyber professional and former CISO of hedge fund titan Tudor Investments, the platform addresses an industry gap in the security operations and visibility space.
A full-featured artificial intelligence and predictive analytics platform enable clients to prevent sophisticated cyber attacks in cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments.
“Building resilience against sophisticated cyber attacks is key to business survival. BluSapphire works with this vision. The capital will help us continue to rapidly build and grow our SaaS platform in North America and India,” said Kiran Vangaveti, Founder and CEO of BluSapphire Cyber Systems.
